Well hello People
Here we go again, first I would like you to have a look at these videos. The Sacrifice or the Deconstruction or the Destruction wot ever you would like to call them. All I know is that they will not be able to damage it any more.
Also I have done this in the hope, the vain hope probably! That Mr. Rogers will do more than wait for paper work to come from the council, but will actually take action. So once again Mr. Rogers the complaint is Criminal Negligence by Malfeasance. Malfeasance is an act of Mal-Administration isn't it Mr. Rogers?
Ground for the Ombudsman to address all the evidence provided in the http://bbccrazydave.blogspot.com/ files isn't it. All the institutions named and shamed in amongst them isn't it Mr. Rogers???
From the Equality Human Rights Commission who turned their backs on this mental health sufferer, and by inference all those other mental health sufferers who are probably living in houses of multiple occupancy, to the detriment of their health!!! Something that the organisation Mind was not willing to take up arms over and by opposing end, that particular brand of torture.

Now at least I will not have to give way to interlopers when tending it, like I had to last friday. Those who would never under ordinary conditions be invited to walk through my garden as and when they please. But now there is no garden for them to walk through, just desolation and another dream shattered in my life, of a home of my own where I am left in peace. Where I have a beautiful front garden filled with beautiful shrubs and trees and all the bio-diversity that they have brought, from honey bees to blackbirds in the winter feeding on apples, and the beauty of course, that right up close natural world, whom without we as a species would not exist.
For those interested in what the Local Government Ombudsman thinks of Criminal Negligence alligations and sub-standard housing or issues relating to the duty of care for the mental health sufferer by the local county council. Here is Mr. Rogers 30 July 2009 recieved by me this friday the 31st. (oh by the way the date on the video should have been Sunday the 2nd August 2009 not the 3rd).
Dear Mr. Gabriel
I have now had the opportunity to review your most recent email to us. In light of this email, and the previous emails you have sent to us. I am writing to let you know how we intend to deal with such correspondence in future.
I have to tell you that unless an email contains a specific complaint about a public body which is within our jurisdiction, from this point forward we do not propose to acknowledge or reply to your emails, although the contents will be noted.
Please not that this does not mean that your case is closed, but rather that I will write to you in due course once I have obtained the information I am awaiting from the Council.

Well Sam I hope the above is within the Ombudsmans remit, those oh so neglected Malfeasance complaints. Or else why is it that I am still waiting for a corporate complaint number from Cardiff County Council Jan 2006 and another from Jan 2009? After all I have asked Mr. Parry often enough in these emails you complain of, to supply one, for the Public Question. Let alone the Lisa Clarke letters!

That is 10 years now Mr. Rogers 10 years of continuous neglect.

UPDATE 6TH AUGUST 2009 LATEST EMAIL TO THE OMBUDSMAN
Hi Mr. Rogers Everyone
The communal door has been fitted today, as I suspected the back door did not arrive, the fitter said that he would get onto whoever to sort that out. But it reminds me of the painting of the exterior of the property after about 2 or was it 3 years of writing about that need, when the painter had just started and his gaffer turns up with a note in his hand saying not to do number 15.
What has amazed me is that the communal door came in the colour that I asked for. I half imagined that they would have sent a plain white one, for their kicks. I also note that my Sacrifice has made not one bit of difference to any actual engaugement by anyone, what so ever. Least of all adult services.
But I imagine that no investigation into 'why no back door will occur' and I wonder if mine is the only property in the area that has not received a kitchen upgrade. Not that I wish to have anyone doing it right now, but out of curiosity I would like to know, and if so why not?
